Skilmetric's resume analysis runs entirely in your browser. Resume files you upload to the analyzer are never transmitted to or stored on our servers — they are parsed and scored locally on your device.
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
If you are logged in, we save a record of your scan (filename, score, and the generated report data) so you can track your progress over time. The original resume file itself is not uploaded or retained.
We use industry-standard practices including password hashing, parameterized database queries, and CSRF-protected forms to keep your account secure.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
